What most people don’t necessarily realize is that both IKEA and Absolut, which hail from Sweden, a country with a relatively small population, but one that has garnished the world with a few well known brands. And ultimately, they not only make their country proud, but also help to promote Country Brand Sweden.
Some of the other familiar Swedish brands: Ericsson; VOLVO; SAAB ; H&M (Hennes & Mauritz) fast fashion; and Electrolux. What you probably were not aware of is that both Volvo and SAAB not only make reliable premium cars, but are also giant conglomerates with a wide range of industrial engineering power, involved in everything from earth moving equipment to aerospace.
