Famous faces peddling brands in the most unlikely of places

Every culture differs in determining what’s “hot” and what’s “not”. What is considered acceptable in one culture, could very much be a parade of bad taste in another.

Well, variety is indeed the spice of life! So here’s a look at how they promote green tea in the Czech Republic, using two famous leaders that may not even be green tea drinkers.

The Czech copy translates to: “A New Beginning”, and Pope Benedict XVI is saying “For me, there’s only Oishi”, while President Obama coyly agrees by saying “Me too. Only Oishi”.
